Form-submitted messages go through the FormSubmit.co service, which delivers them to the email infopiemmeart@gmail.com. The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA - adherence to EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
6. Data retention
Data received by email are retained for the time necessary to process the request and thereafter for no longer than 24 months, unless there are higher legal obligations or contractual needs.
7. Communication to third parties
Data are not transferred, sold or disclosed to third parties except:
- Technical providers (FormSubmit, Netlify, Google Analytics if consent) as Data Processors
- Competent authorities if required by law
