Metamorfosi

Through the embossing of aluminium, the metal surface is transformed into a winged form.

The butterfly emerges from the material as an organism built of textures, signs and micro-structures that evoke both natural patterns and ritual gestures.

The lightness of the insect is confronted with the permanence of the metal, generating a tension between fragility and durability.

The work thus becomes a reflection on metamorphosis: the continuous passage between matter and life, between form and transformation.
