FRATTURA

The work portrays the moment in which an apparently stable structure reaches its own inner limit.

The fracture is not an external event but a critical point within the material, where continuity breaks and balance is called into question. The insertion of the mirroring surface alters the perception of space and draws in the gaze, which enters an unstable condition with no defined point of reference.

Through the transformation of the aluminium, the surface becomes a place of passage between order and change, between what appears stable and what reveals its own fragility.
