Geometria

The series comes from an inquiry into geometry as an ordering principle of space and as a structure able to define balance, measure and control.

Constructed, repeating forms create an apparently stable dimension, governed by a system in which every element finds its own position. Geometry thus becomes a form of knowledge of the material, a visible order that guides the eye.

Through the manual working of aluminum, this rational structure enters into relation with the sensitivity of the surface: the gesture alters the metal plane, introducing variations, tensions and perceptual possibilities.

The research focuses on the relationship between order and transformation, between an apparently immutable form and what can emerge within it through gesture, light and matter.
